We have a responsibility to provide support to carers throughout Moray, not just in Elgin. Therefore, for the past 6 months we have been running drop-ins in Buckie, Forres and Keith. Based on your feedback, we plan top develop these in the New Year and are currently putting together a programme of events which will be available at these drop-in sessions to include relaxation techniques, accessing sources of funding etc.
Many of you told us you want regular opportunities to meet other carers. Liz and Jane are currently developing a programme for 2010 based on the feedback you have provided and with the guidance of the Advisory Group. We will be sending you out details of these opportunities in the near future.
