Moray Alcohol and Drug Support Team
The team consists of four members, three of which are based at 252 High Street, Elgin alongside the Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service -

Stephen Hounsom, Drug and Alcohol Information and Prevention Officer
Donna Philip, Support Team Administrator
The team is responsible for the development and co-ordination of the MADP.
