Finance and Commissioning Sub-group
The primary function of the Finance and Commissioning Sub-group is to advise the MADP on funding recommendations related to strategy outcomes, take responsibility in budget control ensuring best practice and oversee recommendations regarding commissioning of services.
The aim is to provide financial advice on information in respect to substance misuse expenditure to facilitate on going budgetary management.
